Obituary

Mildred Thompson Simpkins, age 77 of Pulaski passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 at Heritage Hall, Blacksburg.

Born April 26, 1940 in Wytheville, she was the daughter of the late Pierce Monahan and Cleo Grubb Monahan. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Thompson, Jr. second husband; Avery Allen Simpkins, two sisters, one brother, and three grandchildren.

She was a member of the Power of Deliverance Ministries.

Eleven Grandchildren- Brittany, Chelsea, Cassie, Candyce, Todd, Lindsey, Samantha, Brett, Corey, Frank and Jennifer

Funeral services will be held Sunday 6:00 p.m., May 7, 2017 at the Power of Deliverance Ministries, 6545 Lee Highway, Fairlawn (Pulaski County) with Pastor Delores Caldwell officiating.
Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until service time at the church.

Graveside services will be held Monday, 12:00 p.m. at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
