Minnie Carol Hoosier Hayes , age 81 of Dublin, (Lillydell Community) Virginia passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the Stanley Town Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bassett, Virginia.  Born September 11, 1941 in Dublin, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Charlie Ray & Phoebie Jane Blevins Hoosier. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, James Thomas Hayes, brothers, Robert Lee Pennington, Carley Gene (Betty) Pennington and Roy Eugene (Eva) Hoosier.

She is survived by her

Son – James Ray (Cheryl Ann) Hayes – North Carolina

Stepchildren – Brandon (Kelli) Terpolilli – Papillion, Nebraska, Lyn Rose (Brent) Calderoni – Forest, Virginia

Step Grandchildren - Liam, Remi, Lola, Apollo and Iris

Brothers - Ray Scott Hoosier-FL, Wilburn Cecil Hoosier-Amissville, VA
