Nancy Belle Mitchell, age 71 of Pulaski passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
Born June 12, 1945 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Bill & Colene Murphy Hawes. Her brother, Bruce Hawes also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her
