Patricia Marie "Pat" Herndon Witt, age 56 of Pulaski went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 20, 2013 at Lewis Gale Hospital, Pulaski.

Pat was born on January 12, 1957 in Washington, D.C. She was a 1976 graduate of Pulaski County High School and received her Associates degree from New River Community College. She was employed by the Pulaski County School System where she was a Para- educator at Dublin Middle School. She also worked at Highland Memory Gardens as an administrator assistant for 10 years prior to joining the school system.

Pat was happily married to the love of her life, Mark E. Witt. She was a wonderful wife, sister, aunt ,and daughter-in-law. Pat's memories will live on forever because of her gentle spirit, humbling personality, countless patience and endless love for others. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and canine friend, "Brandy". We thank you dear Lord for sharing Pat with us for the past 56 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Muncie G. Herndon and Mabel Williams Herndon. Her sister, Betty E. Herndon; her brother, June Houck and father-in-law, Carroll E. Witt.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 2:00 p.m., July 23, 2013 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Dennis Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

Visitation will be held Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., July 22, 2013 at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski
