Patty Sue Porterfield, age 71 of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the New River Valley Medical Center.
Born June 2, 1946 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Walter Gilroy Simmons & Bertie Sutphin Simmons.

She is survived by her

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski. Interment will follow at the Old Dublin Cemetery with Rev. Tim Haga.
