Paul Early Cecil, age 73 of the Snowville Community,Virginia passed away early Monday morning December 1, 2008 at his home.
Born August 6, 1935 in the Snowville community, he was the son of the late Eugene G. & Virginia Dexter Cecil. One brother; Leo Cecil and his son-in-law; Sammy Thornton also preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Max Creek Baptist Church and a former employee of the RAAP with over 30 years of service.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with the Pastor Mike Coleman officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Wednesday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski or anytime at the homeplace,6059 Baptist Hollow Road, Snowville.
