Paul Neal Manuel, Sr., age 93 of Blacksburg and formerly Pulaski passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Heritage Hall, Blacksburg.

Born March 25, 1918 in Wythe County, he was the son of the Guy Neal Manuel and Ada Bralley Manuel. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Aileen Reed Manuel and one brother, Zane Grey Manuel.

Mr. Manuel was retired from the United States Postal service… and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the First Church of the Brethren for over 50 years.

He is survived by
Wife- Josephine Barger Manuel-Blacksburg.

Son-Paul Neal Manuel, Jr. and wife, Linda Manuel-Fairlawn

One Grandson- Zachery Manuel

Lillian Vincent-Kingsport.

Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 A.M. at the First Church of the Brethren, Newbern Rd., Pulaski with Rev. John Collins and Rev. Frank Peters officiating.

Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin with military rites conducted at the graveside by the Pulaski VFW Post #1184.

The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the church.
