Pauline S. "Polly" Thompson, age 81 of Dublin passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at her home.

Born May 13, 1928 in Charleston ,West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late
Fred Simmons and Ester Gibson Simmons Grover. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Ray Thompson.

She was a member of the Dublin Baptist Church. She was retired from the Pulaski County Schools System with over 20 years and was retired from Fairview Home with 10 years of service.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 1:00 p.m. at the Dublin Baptist Church with Pastor Dennis Jones officiating.
Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home,321 East Main Street, Dublin
