Phillip Lynn Miller , age 64 of Barren Springs, Virginia went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 27, 2021. Born July 17, 1956 in Rose Hill, North Carolina he was the son of the late Charlie & Eula Mae Ritter Miller. Several aunts and uncles also preceded him in death.
