Phyllis Lucille Cressell, age 69 of Pulaski passed away at her home Monday, November 14, 2016.
Born May 3, 1947 in Bluefield, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Phil & Wilma Conley Kirby.
Her grandson, Timothy Coble Ratcliffe and brother, Joe Kirby also preceded her in death.

A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM – Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Minister Randy Pickett officiating. Family visitation will be one hour before service time.
