Ralph Edward Phillips, age 70 of Pulaski passed away Friday, August 31, 2012 at his home.

Born May 4, 1942 in Bland County, he was the son of the late Russell "Scott" Phillips and Cassie Chester "Granny" Phillips.
He was retired from Pulaski County Schools with 33 years of service where he was a mechanic in the Bus Shop.

Surviving-
Son- Edward "Eddie" Phillips-Hiwassee,
Sister- Willie M. Hart-Granite Fall, N.C.,
Many Very Special friends- Loretta Nester, Bobby Ramey and wife, Phyllis; Clyde Mitchell, & Jerry Duncan and wife, Patricia.

Special Caregiver- Brenda Riggins- Hiwassee,
Special nephews- David Hart & Tracy Arnold.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 2:00 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. David Hart and Sister Betty Guynn officiating.

Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery, Pulaski County.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at Bower Funeral Home.
