Rebecca Ann Southern , age 59 of Fairlawn passed away Monday, June 12, 2023, at the Lewis-Gale Hospital, Pulaski. Born September 4, 1963, she was the daughter of Myrtle Rebecca Glover and the late Roy Tabour.

Rebecca is proceeded in death by her son, Ricky Lee Simpkins, Jr., her father, Roy Tabour, and grandparents, Herman Woodson Smith and Alice Lucy Lee Smith.

Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM – June 21, 2023 at Bower Funeral Home-Chapel in Pulaski, VA with Pastor Bobby Ward officiating.
