Rhondie Dean Ousley , age 57 of Hiwassee passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born January 19, 1965 in Pulaski, he is the son of Joeann Duncan Ousley and the late Charlie Estel Ousley, Sr. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Brenda Darlene Martin Jarrells, grandparents, and aunts & uncles.

He was a veteran of the United States Army. Rhondie was retired from Volvo with 24 years of service.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2:00 p.m., November 22, 2022 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Mike Hall and Lesa Viers officiating. Burial will follow in the Allison Cemetery, Allisonia.
