Richard Wayne Rupe, age 68 of Pulaski passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the Lewis-Gale Medical Center in Salem.
Born October 7, 1950 in Pulaski he was the son of the late William Preston Rupe & Dolly Reynolds Lawson. His brothers,
Roger Lee, William "Bill", Jr. also preceded him in death.

He was a veteran of the United States Army retiring with 20 years of service. He was retired from Volvo.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM – Friday, August 9, 2019 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski. 
Interment will follow at the Southwest Virginia Veteran's Cemetery, Dublin.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time at the Funeral Home.
Bower Funeral Homes, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the family.
