Robert Stephen (Steve) Bain, age 53 departed this life suddenly on Saturday, November 3, 2012 and entered his heavenly home. He is now walking the streets of gold with his Lord and Savior.

Steve was a devoted, loving husband and father and will be sadly missed. He was employed as an operator at Radford Arsenal for more than thirty-five years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Louise Bain.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife- Elizabeth Bain.

His son-Jeremiah Bain of the home,

Step-son - Lewis Johnson (Brenda),

Father- Thomas Bain,

Sister- Linda Manuel (Neal)

Brothers- Ronald Bain (Cynthia), David Bain

Mother-in-law- Mary Ellen Johnson

Sisters -in-law- Virginia Richardson (Calvin), Robin Beckner,

Brother-in-law- Charles Johnson (Terry).

He is also survived by a very special nephew Zack Manuel and many other dear nieces and nephews.
He also leaves behind his furry friends, Mandy and Faith.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at River of Life Church in Dublin, Virginia. Visitation will be at the church from 1:00 until service time at 2:00 p.m. with Reverends Joey Sheppard and Mike Honaker officiating.

Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
