Robert Harold Nunn, Sr. – age 86 of Barren Springs and formerly of Pulaski passed away Sunday evening August 28, 2011 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital (Pulaski).
Born March 13, 1925 in Killarney, WV he was the son of the late Rev. Ellis Clayton Nunn & Madeline Virginia Akers Nunn. His wife; Wanda June Tucker Nunn (2002), son; David W.Nunn, granddaughter; Melanie Nunn and brothers; Claude Nunn, Ross Nunn and Richard Nunn also preceded him in death.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during WWII.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with the Pastor Randall Lawrence & Rev. Harry Gunter officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin where the V.F.W. Post #1184 will conduct military honors.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday evening at the Bower Funeral Home – Pulaski.
