Robert "Bobby" William Jones, age 71 of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Born October 3, 1939 in Jenkins, Kentucky, he was the son of the late James Franklin Jones and Helen Houchin Jones. One brother, Harold Jones and two sisters, Janice Rose and Sandra Carroll also preceded him in death.

Mr. Jones was retired from the United States Postal Service with 40 years of service with perfect attendance. He was a member of the Army National Guard for 13 years.

He was a past marathon runner having run in the Boston Marathon in 1981. Bobby was an avid political enthusiast and had many published articles. He was a proud American holding in great regard his love for God, family and country.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 2:00 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Ricky Freeman officiating.
Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at Bower Funeral Home.
