Ronald "Ronnie" Thomas Murphy, age 42 of Dublin passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2007.
Born October 15, 1965 in Radford, Virginia, he is the son of Thomas Ray Murphy and the late Linda Lewis Edwards. His grandmothers; Stella Farmer Murphy and Lucille Elkins Lewis and many aunts & uncles also preceded him in death.
He was a graduate of Pulaski County High School in 1984 and graduated from James Madison University in 1989. He was an assistant manager with Long John Silver's with 12 years of service. He was also well known for his work in outpatient surgery at the Carilion New River Valley Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the First Church of the Brethren,1749 Newbern Road Pulaski, Virginia with the Rev. Ted Turner, Rev. David Shumate & Rev. Kelly Sisson officiating. Interment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski, Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, Virginia.
