Rosie Ellen Duncan Taylor, age 85 of Dublin passed away Monday, February 04, 2013 at the Skyline Nursing Center in Floyd.

Born July 19, 1927 in Dublin, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Jessie Duncan & Virgie Long Duncan Peters. Her husband; James Roy Taylor, 3 brothers and 5 sisters also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her

Son & Daughter-in-law-
Gary D. & Panida Taylor - Dublin.

Grandchildren-
Jennifer Elaine Weaver,
James Isaac Taylor.

3 Great Grandchildren-

Brother-
Robert Duncan – Pulaski.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski with the Rev. Joe Weaver officiating.

Interment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery-Pulaski.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Wednesday evening at the Bower Funeral Home – Pulaski.
