Roy Buster Harris , age 85 of Dublin passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021. Born August 19, 1935 in Richlands, Virginia he was the son of the late William Henderson Harris and Mary Myrtle Rebecca Lamie Harris. A son, Victor Harris; brothers, Earl, Delmer and Russell Harris and sisters, Grace and Frances also preceded him in death. A veteran of the United States Army he was a member of the 101 ^st Airborne (Screaming Eagles). After his service for his country, he was a truck driver, Roy worked for Overnight Trucking for 30 years.

Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. Interment will follow at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin. The family will receive friends one hour before service time Thursday at the funeral home.
