Roy Arthur Hawkins , age 82 of Pulaski passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023 at the Pulaski Healthcare Center. Born September 21, 1940 in Pulaski Roy was the son of the late Arthur Sylvester Hawkins & Annie Patrey Worrell Hawkins. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Martha Welch and nephews, Gary and Phillip Stafford.

Before retiring from the United States Postal Service after 35 years as a postal carrier, Roy was an officer with the Town of Pulaski Police Department and served 6 years with the United States Army National Guard.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Friday, February 17, 2023 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Chaplain Robbie Vance officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
