Ruthann Raymond Merritt, age 85 of Pulaski passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at the Heritage Hall, Blacksburg.

Born June 16, 1936 in Fredonia, New York, she was daughter of the late Howard Raymond and Marion Henderson Raymond. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Merritt.

She is survived by
