Samuel Louis Ferrell, age 88 of Pulaski passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2011 in the Lewis Gale Pulaski Hospital.

Born November 17, 2011 in Virginia, he was the son of the late Weck Ferrell and Alta Elizabeth S. Ferrell. He was also preceded in death by his twin sister, Maze Boardwine, three brothers and 10 more sisters.

He was a retired miner and a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during World War II.
He was a respected member of the Pulaski Moose Lodge, know as Mert or Gus by Close friends.

He is survived by

Many beloved nieces and nephews as well as family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, 3:00 p.m., November 27, 2011 at the Pulaski Christian Church, Brookmont Road, Pulaski with Rev. David Hoover officiating.

Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the family.
