Sarah Elizabeth Shinault Branscom, age 87 formerly of Dublin passed away Saturday, January 7, 2012 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, NC.

Born December 7, 1924 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Franklin Shinault & Dora Gravely Shinault Akers. Her husband, Durward Vincent Branscom and sister, Ruth Farris also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Delmar Stilwell, Jr. (nephew) officiating. Interment will follow at the Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg, VA.
