Born October 13, 1966 in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late Mildred Earlean Gregory Foutz and step-father, Melvin Medley.

Justin Earl Martin-Pulaski.
Sister- Lisa Dunagan and husband, Buck-Pulaski.
