Shirley Ann Kemp Lawson, age 75 of Pulaski passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the Highland Ridge Nursing Center, Dublin.

Born March 26, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Luther Kemp and Mae Collins Kemp Turman. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lewis Kemp and Barney Kemp.

She was a long time member of the Hiwassee Church of the Brethren.

Her husband of 56 years- James A. Lawson-Pulaski.

Deborah and Jay Rupe-Pulaski,
Sandra Lawson-Fredericksburg,
Barbara Lawson and fiancé, Kenneth Luper-Galax,
Son-
James A. ,Jr. and Bonnie Lawson-MD.
Grandchildren-
Lori Jean McPeak, Samantha Christine Lawson, and Jason Andrew Lawson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 2:00 p.m., August 24, 2015 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel,Pulaski with Pastor Lee Naff officiating. Interment will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin.

The family will receive Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home.
