Susan Renae Hodge Howard, age 62 of Pulaski passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at Lewis Gale Hospital,Pulaski.

Born October 10, 1955 in Covington, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late William Hodge and Doris Jean Wagner Goode.
