Sylvia Elaine McCroskey (Dishon) Glover, age 76 of Gettysburg, PA. and formerly of Saltville, VA and Baltimore, MD. went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the Gettysburg Lutheran Home, Gettysburg, PA.

Born October 7, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Victor Lee McCroskey and Nellie Jane Atwood McCroskey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a Sister, Helen Gates and Brothers, Ken, Willard, Bill, Randel, Arley, Ira and Jimmy McCroskey.

Her faith in her Lord, Jesus Christ, was first and foremost in her life and her family was blessed to have such a loving, caring, praying and compassionate intercessor for them.

Surviving-
Former husbands- Sidney James Glover and Harley Cramer Dishon.

Sylvia was the cherished grandmother of twelve (12) and great-grandmother of ten (10).

Funeral services will be held Sunday, 8:15PM , August 25, 2007 at the Connelly Funeral Home, Dundalk, MD.

A graveside service for family and friends will be held Saturday 11:00 A.M., September 1, 2007 at the Dishon Cemetery, Snowville Community (Pulaski County).
