Timothy Wayne Ratcliffe , age 53 of Pulaski passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at the UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. Born November 5, 1969 in Radford, he was the son of Linda Gravley.

Tim was the world's greatest poppy. He was a caring & kindhearted and the best father figure.  We may not be blood but he was my dad. He showed Veridia what a grandparent should be. He loved us as if we were his own. We love him for taking us as his own kids. You will always be remembered as poppy who would say "git er done." You will be deeply missed.
