Toby Andrew Ratcliffe, age 59 of Pulaski passed away Monday, December 30, 2019 at home. Born October17, 1960
in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Sanders Edgar Ratcliffe & Carrie Elizabeth Dalton Ratcliffe McGraw. 
His sisters, Jenny Collins, Louise Burton, brothers, Ray Ratcliffe and Tommy Ratcliffe also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM – Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with
Rev. Andrew Dean and Rev. Robert Culler officiating. Interment will follow at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church, Cemetery.  

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
