Viola Katherine King Smith , age 100 of Dublin passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 at her home. Born March 1, 1921 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Frank Benjamin King & Josie Mary Bratton King. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Garland Smith, Sr., son, James Garland Smith, Jr., sisters, Ruby Horton, Betty Boyd and brothers, Stanley, Roscoe and Arthur King.

She is survived by her

Children – Anita (David) Wickline – Troutville, Timmy (Barbara) Smith – Dublin, Ronnie (Linda) Alley – Covington, GA

7 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren

Sister – Margaret Dowdell – Pulaski

Numerous nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Mike Ingo and Pastor  Charles Barbettini officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
