Virgil Steven Weaver, age 67 of Tazewell passed away Sunday, February 25, 2007 at the Beulah House, Dublin. Steven was born in Tazewell County and entered the United States Army after High School and while on leave met his wife Wanda Faye Nipper. They were married on September 28, 1961. Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Roby & Ruby Helen Weaver and his in-laws Harry Tucker & Beatrice Lucille Nipper.
Steven worked as a machinist in the mining industry for most of his career with U.S. Steel & Eimco Coal Machinery. He retired 5 years ago.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Pastor Weston Gutherie officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory may be sent to the Beulah House @ 4704 Caddell Lane, Dublin, VA 24084. (674-0695).
