Born January 5, 1976 in Radford he was the son of Wayne Sanford Draper, Sr. and Mary Louise Malone Draper.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski.

Interment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM – Tuesday evening at the Funeral Home.
