William Edward Bower, age 64 of 1217 Floyd Lane Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2007. Born July 17, 1942 in Charleston, WV he was the son of the late Richard Francis & Wilma Freda Holmer Bower. As an Environmental Biologist he had worked for the TriniDyne, Blacksburg, Virginia and was currently self-employed.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Bower Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. Interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery (Draper). The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.
The family will also be receiving friends at the home place (1217 Floyd Lane, Pulaski) throughout the weekend.
