William "Bill" Luther Ramsey, Jr. age 69 of Dublin passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born in Giles County, Virginia, he is the son of the late William Luther Ramsey and Hazel Shortt Ramsey.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty Toops and one brother, Paul Ramsey.

He was retired from Alliant Tech Systems and was presently employed by Grucci in Radford.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.

His wife- Linda Stowers Ramsey-Dublin.

Son- Matthew William Ramsey-Dublin,

Brother- J. P. Ramsey-Youngsville, NC,

Mother-in-law & Father-in-law- Eva and George Sutherland-Springfield, OH

Cousin- Audrey Belcher- Roanoke,

One Niece and One Nephew- N.C.

Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 A.M. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev.
Henry A. Conley officiating.
Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery, Bland County.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
