William Joseph Paugh , age 67 of Draper, Virginia passed away Saturday evening, September 8, 2018 at his home.
Born October 1, 1950 in McKeesport, PA he was the son of the late Wilbur Loren Paugh & Helen Agnes Pastor Paugh.He attended the Draper United Methodist Church.
